      Pros

      NECU offers great pay and benefits! Flexible with schedules, lots of fun to work for. Lots of opportunity for advancement and career development. If you work a Saturday you get a whole day off during the week to compensate.

      Cons

      Hard to say anything negative, but as an organization we are constantly trying to better ourselves.

      Some good coworkers helping the day go by

      Cons

      Horrendous leadership from top to bottom. The leadership will talk about accountability but will be the first to point fingers when things go wrong. They harass when they don’t get their way, threaten, and cultivate a toxic work environment. The higher level management is so obsessed with their own work culture at HQ, they ignore what goes on in their own branches.
