      This company lives and breathes it's mission of nourishing and enriching the lives of employees and members. The pay is competitive for a credit union and the work like balance is ideal since I get to work remote when possible

      Some good coworkers helping the day go by

      Cons

      Horrendous leadership from top to bottom. The leadership will talk about accountability but will be the first to point fingers when things go wrong. They harass when they don’t get their way, threaten, and cultivate a toxic work environment. The higher level management is so obsessed with their own work culture at HQ, they ignore what goes on in their own branches.
