      There’s a of lack of communication between the employees and higher ups. They tell employees that they are listening, but it doesn’t seem like employees have much input.

      Some good coworkers helping the day go by

      Cons

      Horrendous leadership from top to bottom. The leadership will talk about accountability but will be the first to point fingers when things go wrong. They harass when they don’t get their way, threaten, and cultivate a toxic work environment. The higher level management is so obsessed with their own work culture at HQ, they ignore what goes on in their own branches.
