There are no pros do not work here if you want career growth and self esteem.

Cons

Toxic management/executive team, favoritism, bullying, no transparency, no clear understanding of roles/responsibilities, micro management. Tons of layoffs and turn over in the past 2 years. There is a massive disconnect between the culture the company wants to build and the day to day. People are not happy there.

Some good coworkers helping the day go by

Cons

Horrendous leadership from top to bottom. The leadership will talk about accountability but will be the first to point fingers when things go wrong. They harass when they don’t get their way, threaten, and cultivate a toxic work environment. The higher level management is so obsessed with their own work culture at HQ, they ignore what goes on in their own branches.
