Great salary, benefits and continuing education.

Cons

The executive team is never on the same page and often in a tug of war. Unfortunately the trickles down to the rest of the organization. The CEO and executive team consistently speak to culture but it is all talk.

Some good coworkers helping the day go by

Horrendous leadership from top to bottom. The leadership will talk about accountability but will be the first to point fingers when things go wrong. They harass when they don’t get their way, threaten, and cultivate a toxic work environment. The higher level management is so obsessed with their own work culture at HQ, they ignore what goes on in their own branches.
