      Fairly Easy Work Day Good Benefits

      Cons

      Lack of strong Branch Leadership Lack of Go-Getter Mentality Struggles to find talent within the Financial Sectors Hard to get promoted Lots of job hopping and favoritism Low pay for the amount of work they expect Management wants staff to "lead from their seat" but then they take credit for your work.

      Some good coworkers helping the day go by

      Cons

      Horrendous leadership from top to bottom. The leadership will talk about accountability but will be the first to point fingers when things go wrong. They harass when they don’t get their way, threaten, and cultivate a toxic work environment. The higher level management is so obsessed with their own work culture at HQ, they ignore what goes on in their own branches.
