Pros
I worked at Lightmaker for almost two years. When I first started I hated it because everyone was so close and I felt like an outsider. Very quickly I became integrated in the team and the Lightmaker family. I have never worked at a place with so many awesome people willing to go the extra mile. Not all projects/clients are the most interesting but it is a fantastic place to learn and to grow. Compensation is competitive and management is willing to give you the chance to learn and grow into your role. There are tons of after work happy hours and the fact that they give paid vacation to everyone between Christmas and New Year is a HUGE PLUS! They are very flexible if you are running late or need to work from home every now and then.
Cons
Not enough space for private conversations or meetings. The interview process was long, but it is hard to find awesome talent.
