Pros
Ligonier Ministries strives for excellence in everything they do, and it is obvious with the mission and work of the Care Team. The Care Team is relational, not only with constituents, but with each other. The fellow Care team members are top notch. Gained many positive relationships there, along with good friends. The Care Team management is professional, yet inviting. They are open to new ideas, and are encouraging. I found these managers to be consistent, intelligent, and wonderful people to work with. Another "pro" is that Ligonier is a ministry. It is a ministry that has clear goals, and truly desires to honor God in all they do. The teachings are in line with Scripture, and are designed to give a firm foundation for life.
Cons
Like anything in life, working with people can be tricky at times. It is no different at Ligonier. Sometimes, you will have to deal with difficult people.
