Pay and benefits are generally good. Generous PTO and vacation time, if you're there long enough.

Cons

You have to watch your behavior working there, being a Christian environment. They'll get rid of you quickly, if not. They have a few conferences a year, which are an absolute chore to work.

Amazing benefits, from generous time off to 401k match. Everyone is committed to the mission and gives their best.

Cons

Leadership would outsource projects and have employees just answer questions as the consultants needed. End product would just cause additional burden on employees as the end product was not even close to what was really needed.
