Culture, Senior leadership, zero remote possibilities, no CEO future vision. Everyone is scared of losing their job. I could say more, but I'm done. Be warned.

Wonderful in office environment, everyone works together for the greater good and gets things done. The perks of the job are what brought me in but the people are what make me stay.

Cons

You will have to work hard here and be personable.
