Pros
You have a lot of good chronic patients that care about you and the hours are decent. We don’t work any of the bigger holidays and have every Sunday off.
Cons
The manager is very unprofessional and lacks communication skills. She loves the drama and brings a lot of toxicity to the team but blames her team for it. She lies to staff and is not trustworthy. She accommodates for certain employees but not others because she plays a lot of favoritism. She talks behind staffs backs and does not show appreciation to her staff. She does not follow policies and speaks out of both sides of her mouth. There is a high turn around rate in this department for a lot of these reasons mentioned.
