      - Good place to start gathering experience. - Covers pay if going to apprenticeship school - Chances of stepping up the latter

      Cons

      - Pay scale is not the best. It can uneven and unfair sometime - Benefits are not the best if looking at the size of the company

      It was good experience in the IT department, everyone was great and helpful

      no benefits but only because you’re not a full time employee which makes sense
