They pay low in comparison with other jobs, we’re short operators, setup, maintenance and it can get frustrating working with partially trained operators who have limited English skills. The company is really bad for buying things we need for really cheap to save a buck but cost a lot in the long run. For example we had good inserts for the machines let’s use example 10$/insert and you get 100 pieces tool life. Machine runs longer without stopping and consistent. We change to 5$/insert and machine now has 20 pieces tool life and it breaks a lot. Position is pressuring from below and above.
