      Great people, great access to schooling, lots of opportunity to learn.

      Cons

      Linamar does the bare minimum. It’s how they make money. Bare minimum benefits, often bare minimum pay unless you push. Bare minimum in bonus and RRSP contribution. Bare minimum vacation.

      It was good experience in the IT department, everyone was great and helpful

      no benefits but only because you’re not a full time employee which makes sense
