      Pros

      I have been with Linamar for 14 years and started on the floor as an operator. Linamar's approach to training and career advancement is by far the best I have seen.

      Cons

      Long hours with lots of overtime.

      It was good experience in the IT department, everyone was great and helpful

      no benefits but only because you’re not a full time employee which makes sense
