Pros
Pay was competitive for RRT in my area.
Cons
Micro-managing. Performance was never enough. Upper management always wants more and more. Any time there was a question about a policy or way to go about something, every person would provide a different answer. Constantly changing procedures and rolling out new things without proper preparation or education. Complaints met with retaliation. I stayed for several years because I loved my patients and received great reviews from them but never felt like what I did was enough for management. Burn out hits hard and fast.
