There are not any Pros to working for this company. They make many promises, work you to death and don't pay you.
Cons
Sales reps never receive their commissions. Corp. holds commissions back because that's the only way the company is staying in business. They have foreign funding from their parent company Linde and are just buying up competitors. Over stressing their current staff, no help, no training, no money
