      Pros

      Area Manager is absolutely incredible-always there to help anytime for anything. The best I have ever worked for-leads from the front and is always willing to go above and beyond no matter what to help out employees and patients.

      Cons

      Corporate does not set up centers for success-mainly they do noy have therapists in place for new centers. You need to grow x before they will hire an RT. However, this makes it difficult to grow and keep referals happy if a center is without an RT.
