Since the company was acquired by Linde and in particular the senior management changed, it has been chaotic and poorly driven. Turnover is rampant because wages are not competitive and hours can be long. Getting the equipment and resources to properly care for patients is a real problem. New initiatives are very badly rolled out with terrible planning. Training is insufficient for the complexities of the industry. This is a poorly managed company at the senior and regional level.
