Pros
I enjoy my immediate team mates. Pay is decent in comparison to the work load. There are advancement opportunities if you desire to pursue them.
Cons
As a Center Manager, it is very hard to retain support staff at such low wages. Service Reps tend to make in the $12/HR range, working on call weekends and after hours. These same employees can go to Apria Healthcare, have no on call at all, and make $16/HR or more. Another con is that no matter how good you perform month after month, if you slip just once, you are made to feel very unappreciated. There is a very oppositional attitude from partnering departments such as RBCO and O2 Conversion. Everyone always seems to be "passing the buck", making it extremely hard to find answers.
