Pros

Worthy Cause for serving the needs of patients. People want to live at home longer, do better there healthwise, and deserve to be treated well

Cons

Lousy Industry with drastic reimbursement cuts, declining service capability and unappreciative referral accounts. The industry is squeezed, so the service staff are asked to work insane hours for crap pay. Sales gets pulled in fifty directions with little to no quality "product" to sell, since low pay combined with long hours leads to massive turnover in the service departments.
