Company is going down the toilet - Customer Service Corporate CCC Lincare Employee Review

This used to be an alright company to work for but it is getting worse and worse. Management does nothing but stand around and gossip all day. They are cutting pay every month. I just lost 50%of my income and I'm currently looking for another job. $10 with a $0.15 raise a year is not cutting it now that they've made in impossible to make commission.
