You will gain real work experience in all aspects of the respiratory equipment industry
Cons
Incompetent management, long hours, low employee morale. If you are a sales representative you will never get paid right for your commission. You will be required to use your own credit card to fund physician "lunch and learn" programs. It wil take months to get reimbursed on your expense account. Meanwhile you are "required to have three "lunch and learn" programs a week. You will find yourself delivering your own equipment as the service reps are so over worked! You will not get a company car and the mileage reimbusement is low.
