Horrible company to work for. Politics run high in the company, to the extent of corporate figures absolutely ignoring and walking all over the “small guys”. As a regular employee, you will see outrageous quotas to meet, which are being enforced in very unhealthy ways. The biggest issue being, you are very underpaid for what you do. You will see this ever so clearly when you work alongside and encounter pharmaceutical reps who have half the workload, twice the pay, and are working for a company that values them, unlike Lincare.
