Can't make up focus--changes to day to say so sales reps are lost. You will not be able to do true selling on most days. Find every way to not pay commissions. Launch new software with NO training. No help from upper management. Entire staff overworked and underpaid and no candidates to fill positions because they've already heard about Lincare.
