Pros

helping the patients was rewarding and meaningful. many skills are learned in this postion to help you attain a better job later. company provides full time work, overtime pay, benefits. company is committed to staying in business when other companies are folding due to reduced imbursements from insurance companies.

Cons

the csr staff was reduced from 5 to 2, but the resposibilities increased each year. the pay was lower than any of our competitors, we went thru 6 managers during my time there - not that they were bad managers, but because of numbers, our jobs were threatened constantly. even if workers met numbers and earned a bonus, they did not receive any at the center level.
