Pros
- great for brand new dietitians just out of their DI - good amount of clinical training with heavy emphasis on tube feeding (there is 1 week of training in a different state) -good entry level sales experience if you want to do sales -you get to meet a lot of people in your field (great for networking!)
Cons
-very high stress job that is low paying (compared to similar companies) -mileage reimbursement is lower than the national average (0.31 per mile) and you drive a lot -top management stresses sales and numbers with little regard to patient care -high turnover rate within the whole company (RDs and other) -disorganized company that effects patient care -Culture and values within the company are negative
