Pros
Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, unless you are an on call employee. Paid Holidays, vacation, and sick days. Full benefits package for all full time employees.
Cons
Little to no training, or support. The Manager is expected to perform training for all new employees, and keep up with their requirements as well. This can result in high stress particularly at month end. Turn over rate is high due to low pay vs what is expected from employees as well as lack of training. If you take a management position, be prepared to have the world expected from you. If you are fully staffed, with an office that has been trained properly, you should have few issues. If you are not, or end up at some point not being staffed, be prepared to give your entire life to the company with little to no acknowledgement or appreciation for what you do. You must realize that no matter what you do, how hard you work, or how much you give, it will never be enough. If you can handle those kind of expectations you will be fine. I was able to handle it for a while, and did fine. However, it does eventually catch up to you.
