Poor leadership They wait to hire employees so that other positions have to do multiple roles so they can save payroll. Very slow on boarding. Training is non-existent for most roles and a horrible training process for sales executives. Local leadership is as big of a joke as executive leadership. They want you to make promises to customers and medical professionals that they cannot and will not ever fulfill. You can bring issues to management and they will do nothing about it! They own a company that takes their sales reps orders, fills them prior to the rep’s branch so they can get out of paying sales commissions and say “sorry your branch didn’t fill it fast enough so a sister company did” the branch did not fill in time because they are understaff, poorly managed and do not have the resources to fill in the industry’s standard time frame. A sleazy organization that places no value on their employees and even less value on their customers.
