Stay away - Anonymous employee Lincare Employee Review

I was fired because of lies. I was accused of doing things I didn't do and not doing things that I did. The "Senior Tech" did what he wanted to. I did the rest! He went home at 5 everyday and I was out till midnight. The manager had a rule "If we have a set up that comes in late whoever is at the office goes and does it even if their not one call!" That only happened when I was at the office. Many times I would roll in at 4:45 pm only to find out that there was a set up to do that evening. The CSR would have known about it at 2:00pm and the guy who did what he wanted had been goofing around the office since 3. I don't miss it at all! Unless you are desperate and about to loose everything stay away from lincare!
