Pros
- coworker relationships - though these can be built within any company - helping patients - have a genuine opportunity to help people with physical hardships - can be a decent entry level position to get some experience before moving on
Cons
buried under a mile of paperwork high stress high employee turnover (for good reason) antiquated and inefficient computer systems short sighted management I didn't realize how bad this company was until I joined a new company!
