Pros

Small town office and I met some wonderful patients there.

Cons

Everything... I was lied to about absolutely everything before I accepted a Customer Service position there. My pay/bonuses/my duties...everything ! I was there a year and a half and for more than half of that time I was alone with No medical experience... The manager was fired, the area manager quit...I wasn't told that I was taking the place and doing the workload of 3..yes 3...csr's that had quit right before I applied there. Finally got new manager and area manager, both in their early 20's, that have no idea how to run an office or treat employees. They are like high school kids, literally. The new area manager wanted only young people in the office, so they started firing those of us who were over 30 for bogus reasons. I'm not bitter about being let go, I actually feel like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders, but I want people considering working for the company to know just a few of the things they are getting into. It was not just my office, but practically every Lincare office I ever spoke with has the same and worse issues. Think really hard before taking a position there...

Hypocritical, double-minded directives, micromanaging, disrespect, harassment.
