Pros
I was able to get experience to move onto a good company. My experience here has made me appreciate my jobs at other companies because the bar was set so low.
Cons
The culture here has always been terrible. I have heard from previous colleagues that this has not changed. Senior leaders have no compassion for the patients they "serve" and only see them as a dollar sign. They have extremely high turnover for a reason. If you are a clinician, you will not be valued. They believe anyone can fill your shoes and have inexperienced, non-clinical employees filling roles that should be handled by a medical professional. The pay is also very low. This company is led by fear and distrust. If you have those values then you will fit in with this culture. If you act ethically, value people, and want to respect your organization, then this is not the company for you.
