Pros
The customers that you will meet can be like family and the benefits package is okay but not the greatest in the world. The center has some great people working for it and will do anything they can to help, but it takes a toll on them too. This is a job, a poor job at best. Not a good career move.
Cons
Poor pay, over worked 20-30+ hours of overtime every two weeks without on call retainer or fair compensation. Understaffed. Upper management above the centers only see's unrealistic numbers. Little praise for good work done but always quick to criticize when goals run short. Corporate does not care about its employees as they should. Always low on equipment and corporate will fight tooth and nail to get the essentials for the business. Poor bonus program.
