Pros

Excellent training, second to none in the industry

Cons

Inability to deliver in a timely basis. The company spends over $25k, within the first three months on their QP3 training, but yet has very little retention of employees due their nationwide policy of paying a base salary of a mere $24k. Not exactly a good return on investment. For the most part ( weak center managers, therefore little support to accomplish the very agressiv,e but achievable goals.
