Pay, management, commission payout mess. Employee bullying. Inappropriate work behavior and chaos daily. Management won’t actually hold anyone accountable only concerned with retirement. I wish I could give you the full explanation but the guidelines won’t allow me. The territories are not fair at all. Competition within own company. Others get sales liaison “paper boy” and sales rep gets all commission while in this role I had only myself. Favoritism amongst staff where some literal cruel humans “ran” the office. So much gossip. So toxic. So uncomfortable. If your mental health is important to you then I suggest DO NOT WORK HERE. Also market is heavily saturated and this company has a terrible reputation in the area already, years in the making and will take many years to correct. Pay in general is so low it’s disrespectful to a persons work they put in and all the weeks of training snd many products to sell with some unrealistic expectations. You have to memorize a LOT of material for this position,
