Pros
The pay is ok, and there are some nice managers to work with.
Cons
The hours to work from home are not that great along with always having to work a weekend day no matter what. Job motivation is based entirely on obtaining 90 calls a day and resolving all calls within 6 minutes. If goals are not met there is a constant reminder that corrective action will be taken. If any mistakes are made evey employee receives emails with details on how not to make the mistake again and warned with corrective action. There are too many chiefs with correction action word age being thrown around almost daily. Your name will be on an email weekly along with all other CSR showing you and everyone you work with how you measure up compared to others for the week on meeting your expected percentage goal. Stressful demands added with very unhappy customers who call in thinking they are reaching the actual center and you have to explain you are answering the phone because the main facility is unavailable. Your told not to let the customer know your an answering service so that you can try to help them by phone eto place orders or get a driver come out to fix their oxygen tanks or concentrators. Overall, its a job but nothing that I would recommend.
