Pros
The pros are guaranteed 40 hour work week.
Cons
There are no bonuses. You will literally have to beg for a raise, which they do annually and the highest amount that you can receive is 3 percent of your current hourly pay. Every center is understaffed, since they are so cheap and will not open postitions to help with the workload, you are stuck with sharing the work of 20 people with 4 people.It is impossible to provide patients with the proper care they need because the company refuses to offer enough positions to take care of the workload.
