Base salary is not livable, commissions that you earn are stolen from you from either your manager or other employees, you will receive zero training and zero guidance, extremely toxic environment to work and I ended up losing 30 pounds due to the stress of this position. During my last two weeks I was stripped of my commissions that I assume were given to the other sales rep in my office. Very shady, and unethical company that has been sued numerous times. Management is poor. Office staff is extremely unorganized so even though you go out and sell your team your team will not be able deliver. Do not waste your time unless you are desperate. Tank drops at all hours of the day. You are basically a delivery driver and you do not get commissions for wheel chairs or hospital beds (bent metal) but are forced to deliver the equipment when drivers are not available (which is mode often then not)
