Hands down, worst company I've ever worked for. - Sales Representative Lincare Employee Review

Base pay is below the poverty line, there is a pending sales commission which means you not always get paid for your sales, employee is expected to pay for lunches/inservices/marketing for physicians and offices then file to be reimbursed. This company is a dba of Lincare that has a top down structure. Also this company is currently using AS400 and does not have enough computers for all their employees. Plan on working late or going in early to complete any type of data entry or email correspondence.
