Without proper staff support the differentiating factor of the company is worthless. Selling point is home healthcare and clinical support for patients in between doctors visits. If you don't have a clinician in your center then you're no different from any other supplier. In my experience working for the company for over a year we have not had a clincian on staff the entire time. Also order processing is difficult and CSR turnover is incredibly high so unless you have veterans in the industry the likelihood of your center actually upholding your promises to providers is slim to none.
