1. Their medical sucks 2. They only care about how many orders & RO’s you capture. 3. The remote system they use sucks and crashes and audio is horrible. 4. They don't honor disabilities, even though you placed it on your application. 5. Will gig you on quality and do even say why. 6. Returns are through the roof. 7. Employees not concerned about making sure supplies are correct on order systems are correct on order. 8. Customers not being advised properly. 9. Consistently making Outbound calling to customers who are sick of all the calls.
