Pros
It felt great knowing you could help patients with respiratory difficulties.
Cons
Management needs to be overhauled and replaced. It's great to promote within but sometimes fresh ideas are better and if you are a favorite you can go a long way. Massive turn over and no one seems to care. At one point it cost the company 20k to train a new sales rep and I've seen them leave within 3 months and yet no one cares
