It's alright - Customer Service Representative Lincare Employee Review

Regional management is terrible to their employees at times. If quotas aren't met or make a mistake, it starts off with nice talks with manager. Manager required to tell regional manager. RM then yells and threatens to fire you. You can get a raise, but if minimum wage adjustments are done, and it goes above what your raise, they don't always bring your pay up based on said raise. They now give you the new minimum wage as your pay. No work/life balance. Either your life is on fire or your work is. There's no in-between. It's better if you have no life or family.
