Pros
The people I work with make the job enjoyable. Flexibility is appreciated when the unexpected occurs. Salary is better than in the past. Company is trying to change it's culture. Training more and listening to the "rank & file" for input on changes.
Cons
Change is great but may be too late for me. Need better regional management now not later. That level (at least in WNY) needs to embrace the new culture. I have not seen that demonstrated. Tired of the management style of bullying or just ignore person/problem.
