Pros

Helping patients. That is the only thing that keeps me going during the day.

Cons

Long hours, Little to no training. Very understaffed for the amount of work and paperwork to do. The office runs on skelaton crew and you are supposed to make it work. Employees quit because upper management have them do ridiculous hours and driving and will not pay decent mileage reimbursements which have been at .31 cents a mile since 2006. I could go on & on. I say let upper management run the centers and things would surely change as they could not do it.
