LOOK ELSEWHERE - CSR Lincare Employee Review

This company does not care about morals and honesty. They reward vindictive spiteful manipulative management and punish the rest. I don't think corporate has a clue what's really happening center level and how unreasonable it is. Managers are clueless. Refuse to take escalated calls. Go shopping during work hours. Gossip and repeat employees personal business as an area. Complete lack of professionalism. Unable to cultivate a winning environment. Cannot accept feedback unless it is total praise. I could do on and on. High performing sales reps are treated like celebrities. MANAGERS are bullies!
