Area managers aren’t properly trained and you get thrown to the wolves with minimum training then reprimanded if you do your job wrong. Center employees are stretched and overworked. Also managers turns centers against each other and wants you to illegally put patients on ventilators and when you don’t you’ll get talked about in emails and put down and embarrassed to the entire region because your center didn’t put a patient on a vent. Very unprofessional and cliquish management
