Mean, unprofessional management who leaves you drowning in work even when you are short. Favoritism Unrealistic workloads Having to be on call sometimes meant you had literally no time off from work Dirty and disorganized office despite trying to get it cleaned up No real rules or control over patients walking in and out of office-it was run like a shop but then expected to get all the other paperwork processed. They should have separate stores and staff for supplies if that's the way they want it to be run. Too many more cons to mention-I could go on and on
