      100% remote. Random incentives decided by general manager

      Cons

      Bad management, bad remote system that has many technical difficulties, outdated software, They train you for a customer service based job then when you start interacting with customers, they completely switch focus and they make it 100% about sales even though they provided customer service orientated training.
